Chardonnay frizzante, PetNat, so the last residual sugar with the yeast in the
Bottle fermented. The yeast remains in the almost completely durchgegorenen product.
Classic Chardonnay flavors, honey, banana, exotic touch but something
wilder and more aromatic.
Fits antipasti and toasting!
Without additional sulfur! Natural wine!
Refreshingly wild
Strong orange, clear and radiant. In the nose rose harissa, orange zest and green apricots.
Lots of mouthfeel, grippy, again oranges, spices and clear floral notes. Lots of pressure on the palate, juicy and tart at the same time.
Almost universally usable at the table.
Refreshingly wild
Slight cloudiness from the typical PetNat yeast. Almost explosive stone fruit flavours, powerful but fine bubbles.
Very clear, firm flavour,
plenty of flavour on the palate, deliciously refreshing with a juicy mouthfeel.
Easy, tasty, a little sweet, a touch of pear, a touch of russet, finished is a delicious wine with low alcohol easier terrace.
Frizzante, dry & fresh
A PetNat, wine with added must, with indigenous yeasts for
Frizzante was fermented. Aromas of bread crusts and apple, slightly yeasty clay.
100% Grechetto grapes, hence the refreshing bitterness. Very dry
and animating.
Goes well with fish, chicken, medium-aged cheese, as an aperitif.
Refreshingly wild
Fine pearl with lots of pressure, light, typical yeast cloudiness. Rich mouthfeel
due to short mash. Rhubarb and raspberry aromas. Delicate, refreshing
bitter note. PetNat is a joy to drink!
Almost universally usable at the table.
Frizzante, dry & fresh
The sparkling trend drink is currently called PetNat, derived from the almost extinct French Petillant Naturel. A relatively rustic method of sparkling wine production, where must is fermented with sugar and yeast directly in the bottle. The natural wine scene has brought the rebirth, matching PetNat always has something wild. The LaBelle Malvasia has a lot of fabric and a delicate pink color thanks to shell contact.
Frizzante, harmonious & complex
A PetNat, i.e. wine with added must fermented with indigenous yeasts to make the frizzante. Aromas of bread crust and apple, slightly yeasty tone. 100% Trebbiano Grapes.
light & fresh
Salmon-colored, because fermented on the shell, he delights the nose with interesting notes of currant, some mocha, nuts and
a fine Mediterranean spice. He has a strong, has through the special fermentation more structure and an intensely aromatic
Reverberation. A special Pinot Grigio, who is good as a food companion suitable.
Complex & fresh
An unsulphured Prosecco, drawn directly from the fine yeast and therefore cloudy.
Not as "difficult" as many sulphur-free products, but wonderfully precise.
wonderfully precise. Slight vegetal touch, peach, fresh bread. Creamy
perlage. Very dry, very drinkable!
Goes well with antipasti, fish, herb risotto, cheers.
