Nuova Cappelletta / Piemont
"Nuova Cappelletta" so to speak, is the hobby of Adele Fracchia, daughter of a Turin industrialist family. For your interest in whole food nutrition they gained access to anthroposophy and presented the 1965 Azienda acquired fully biodynamic farming methods in order. The basement is fully equipped with stainless steel tanks to protect the wine against responding during fermentation and storage of oxygen in the air.
