The vineyards of José Luis López and Javier Clemente lie west of Valencia in the mountains . With low rainfall and low humidity microclimate is suitable outstandingly for biological wine . Therefore José Louis and Javier have no problems with vine diseases and pests . The family has long organic farming . The grapes have however sold until 1996 at conventional Bodegas . Winegrowers build primarily to the Tempranillo grape which there bears the name of regional " Cencibel " next Bobal , Garnacha and somewhat more Merlot .
