Orange wine. Long maceration time, unfiltered, unadorned and without
Sulfur addition vinified. Orange zest, ripe Boskop, pear.
Anise and fennel. Monstrously fresh mouthfeel, salty, very expressive.

Wonderfully fresh and grassy, while maintaining full fine spice. Banana, pineapple and stone fruit. Where is the sea?
Complex & wild
Lots of mouthfeel due to maceration, creamy, rather deep acidity, scent of acacia blossoms, aromas of mirabelle plums and honeydew melons. Juicy, lasting persistence. Wonderful food companion!
animating & fresh
Pithy, crisp rosato made from short macerated Primitivo. Wild herbs and red redcurrant on the nose, not as fruity as more common rosé wines, rather rather spicy with mouthfeel, rhubarb.
Almost universal at the table.

Verdeca, old Greek grape variety with 30 % Fiano, gentle acidity, ripe pear and a little aromatic dried fruit, more spicy-aromatic than fruity.
