This Merlot presents itself from its spicy side. Lovage and
juniper smell from the glass. In the mouth, the wine appears rather slender. A cool
fruit harmonises with a fine spiciness reminiscent of black tea leaves. Discreet,
soft tannins give the wine structure.
Goes well with pizza, pasta, young to medium-aged cheese.
Fine persistent bubbles, floral fragrance of wisteria and acacia with intense fruit flavors of apple and white peach flesh. The good Strucktur is complemented by delicate Brotkrusten- and yeasty.

Classical method is prescribed for Franciacorta in Lombardy, but as good as this 100% Chardonnay (ie, a blanc de blancs) and 24 months of lees in the bottle makes this sparkling wine so sublime and delicious.

Only delicately pressed and briefly macerated, exactly the right amount of colour
of the red grapes into this deliciously fine-bubbly yet full-bodied
frizzante. If only all the frizzante in the area were nearly as good.
Goes well with antipasti, an almost universal companion.
Fresh and fruity, this basic Prossecco the Azienda Giol with typical floral notes, hints of pear and freshly cut grass presents very mineral. Perfect for the party and for stand-up reception.

Deep Fruity, spicy and warm full of complex aromas of red berries and juicy tannins. Dark and powerful with very good length.
Deep, complex and full of spice, this matured in barriques Sangiovese presented after a certain decanting time! Dark and with a great mix of cherry fruit and structure.
Incredibly exciting, vibrant Barbera without added sulfur and yet even after days of opening totally fresh! Alternating between sweet and sour cherry flavors with a lot of structure. Almost no residual sugar but with lots of juicy fruit. Very interesting!

unambitious as usual, but with hints of black olives, tar

A PetNat, wine with added must, with indigenous yeasts for

Goes well with fish, chicken, medium-aged cheese, as an aperitif.
