Salmon color , a little alcohol , immense freshness , so tender , so long .
Crunchy blend of Syrah and Monastrell with plenty of fruit and Duftigkeit and as much fine acidity .

Complex & wild
Amphora wine, without added sulfur, without filtration. Violets, liquorice,
Blackberries and plums. At the same time ripe and young, fresh fruit. Figs and
Sour cherries with expressive print, marzipan, very animating.

Cool, fruity Syrah. Blackberry and violet. Elegant and multi-layered, so not fat and sedate. Slender mouthfeel, downright refreshing! Without added sulfur. Goes well with roast, oven vegetables, pizza

Cool tannins, very finely structured, dark fruits packaged very finely.
Balsamic without any weight, but still a lot of pressure. Animating and delicious without

Monastrell is typically full-bodied and powerful, dark berries, wildly aromatic.

A fruity cherry and surprising Merlot from the hot Jumilla.
Bright black-red and dense. On the nose like moist moss and ripe Blackberry scented. Very soft tannins integrated into the typical monastrell Aromatics. Berries, eucalyptus and reminiscent of damp forest soil. Very fine and lasting in the mouth.
Goes with simple Mediterranean cuisine

Dark forest berries, chocolate, restrained, cool style, nevertheless considerable
pressure on the palate, tightly woven. Flowing tannin, elegant fullness.
