The yeasts for this Chardonnay are specially selected in a complex process in the Maiella National Park. Each grape variety is given its own suitable yeast strain. The result is an expressive Chardonnay. The aroma of brioche and butter is slightly reminiscent of champagne. Powerful on the palate with notes of hawthorn and slightly salty minerality.

powerful & harmonious
Passerina is an indigenous variety of white wine found in the regions of Abruzzo, Marche, Umbria and Lazio. In Orsogna, as is customary, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days after pressing. Maturation also takes place in steel tanks until bottling. On the nose, one finds hints of white flowers and ethereal aromas. The palate is dominated by white fruits with an intense and spicy flavour. This is an interesting addition to the Demeter wines from Lunaria.

In the southern part of Italy, the Grillo grape is a white wine variety with great quality potential. The best wines from the Grillo grape come from the western part of Sicily, including the grapes for Lunaria MBETTATA. Fermentation takes place naturally without the use of specially bred yeasts, but exclusively with natural yeasts. This gives the wine an authentic aroma profile with wonderful nuances of citrus fruits, wild flowers and orange blossom. In the mouth, it is well structured with spicy and floral notes and a fine mineral finish.

Very delicate, light pink, lots of freshness on the nose. In the mouth rather grippy red currant than too typical berry fruit. Nice mix of expressive freshness with noticeable acidity and finesse. Lemon thyme on the finish.

Early harvested Merlot yields wonderfully fresh, non-peaky acidity, cherry aromas , nuances of strawberries and rose petals. Perlage is fine and persistent. Beautiful mouthfeel with a lot of pull at very low alcohol!

Main grape Montepulciano, at least 85%, rather tart-spicy than floral and berry, fine bitter notes in the refreshing appearance, a hint of sour cherry and raspberry, clearly on the cool side, lots of mouthfeel.

Negroamaro 100%, but not " black and bitter" as the name suggests, but notes of cassis and plums, nice , ripe tannin. Full-bodied, but not bulky. Aromas of leather, a hint of nutmeg.

easy & uncomplicated
Verdeca, old Greek grape variety with 30 % Fiano, gentle acidity, ripe pear and a little aromatic dried fruit, more spicy-aromatic than fruity.

fuchtbetont & harmony
Pure Tuscany! Lush cherry, clear but ripe tannin with a supporting acid structure. Enormous pressure on the
balanced play of fruit and freshness. Bring on the high-quality steak from the grill!

That's where the joy comes in! Warming, wintry combination of spicy-fresh juniper, orange peel
juniper, orange peel, cinnamon, clove, aniseed and apple.

Dilute 1 part Glüx with 2 parts hot water and serve in a teacup with a slice of orange.

spirits Great Grappa! The deep color comes from years of barrel storage. Full Powerful, fragrant and very long in the mouth. Amazingly soft and very nuanced. A must for all Grappa fans! Excellent digestif.

Piedmontese grappa selected for us by the Rovero brothers. Mild and clear, full-bodied and powerful, but never sharp. The bestseller after every meal.

Frizzante, dry & fresh
The sparkling trend drink is currently called PetNat, derived from the almost extinct French Petillant Naturel. A relatively rustic method of sparkling wine production, where must is fermented with sugar and yeast directly in the bottle. The natural wine scene has brought the rebirth, matching PetNat always has something wild. The LaBelle Malvasia has a lot of fabric and a delicate pink color thanks to shell contact.
