Dessert Wine / Sweet Wine
Mehr Informationen zu diesen Weinen finden Sie hier.
A poem from the Pansa Blanca grape (Xarello). Late hand-picked and she offers us a graceful, mature bouquet, full and fruity sweetness to enjoy savory tapas and desserts.
Spanish dessert wine
A very nice, strong tawny. Tawny refers to a perennial
Drum storage before filling and that means faster maturation than with the vintage port.
Fruit-sweet and nutty aromas complement each other to a spicy-sweet pleasure.
fruity & fresh
Made from 100% Monastrell. Late read with appropriate sweetness. The 15% alcohol can be compensated by the freshness and fruit, which is highlighted by great sensitivity in reading and expansion. Significant note ripe elderberries.
fresh & easy
Crystal clear Sauvignon fruit, stone fruit, gooseberry and a little green pepper with clear sweetness and great length. The acid keeps the wine alive.
Dessert, nuts and blue cheese. Chocolate.
This "Finest Reserve" is treated like a "vintage", that is, young and already
bottled concentrated after a few years. So much firmer and sweeter than that
"Tawny". Dark, spicy and full of depth with heavy fruitiness.
A vin doux naturel as from the picture book: oxidative by barrel, with full, never sticky sweetness and yet crisp finish. Aromas of
Prunes and nuts. Ice cold also as an aperitif!
substantial & elegant
From the Sierra Morena north of Granada. On limy soils at great heights grown and expanded at least 10 years. Fine smell of almonds, nuts and honey. Full in the mouth, creamy and sweet, with clear notes of coffee and Chocolate.
Straw Dried grapes make this 'Holy Wine' so wonderfully creamy and sweet and very aromatic. Long, extremely oxidative aging in used barrels are very spicy notes, which contrast the powerful sweetness.
Powerful ruby, port, so young and bottled with very little oxidation. Deep dark with rich blueberry, blackberry and fragrant violet aromas. A lot of Structure, proper grip on the palate, sweet but not sticky. Nuts and salty blue cheese
