Aromas of bread crusts and apple, slightly yeasty clay. 100% Grechetto grapes, hence the refreshing bitterness. Very dry and animating. Goes well with fish, chicken, medium-aged cheese, as an aperitif.
Complex & fresh A Prosecco pulled directly from the fine yeast and therefore cloudy And without added sulfur. Not at all as "difficult" as many Free products, but wonderfully accurate. Slight vegetal style Refreshing fruit and creamy perlage. Very dry, very drinking!
