light & elegant
Charming spumante with juicy fruit of raspberry and redcurrant. Floral scent of hibiscus and roses. Delicate rosehip on the finish. The fine bubbles in the mouth make this cuvee of Glera, Raboso and Pinot Nero so animating! An excellent aperitif.
Goes well with starters and light dishes
animating & fresh
Fine, persistent perlage, beautiful straw yellow colour. Apple and white flowers on the nose.
Fresh mouthfeel with a crisp grip, apple again, a little pineapple, all the fruit clearly
The fruit is clear but not overpowering and carried by the perlage.
Aperitif, fish, seafood, chicken, vegetable dishes
