Dark color, fruits dried in the nose and dried fruit, plum, subtle port wine aroma. Soft, warm and spicy, a great companion on cooler days.

The wine lies in the stainless steel tank on the lees for about six months and develops thereby a beautiful depth of aromatization. In the glass pale yellow, in the nose intense notes of white flowers and some lemon, on the palate aromas of mandarins are added, very well balanced with well integrated acidity.

The grape variety Pecorino is cultivated mainly in central Italy along the eastern Adriatic coast of the growing regions of Marche and Abruzzo, to the inland regions of Umbria and Lazio.
