Fine but powerful and almost somewhat youthful white port wine with a
gentle aroma of orange marmalade, walnut and shortcrust pastry, as well as
dried peach. Unexpectedly playful in the mouth, sweetly bitter and with
a lot of pressure. Particularly exciting for ageing.
Goes well with desserts, savoury dishes and blue cheese
fresh & easy
Crystal clear Sauvignon fruit, stone fruit, gooseberry and a little green pepper with clear sweetness and great length. The acid keeps the wine alive.
Dessert, nuts and blue cheese. Chocolate.
