Refreshing, juicy Riesling. Very varietal with fine length. Stone fruit,
green apple with good mouthfeel and precise structure. Animating and
fine-smelling.
Good with light dishes, vegetables, fish, chicken, Tofu.
Frizzante, dry & fresh
A PetNat, wine with added must, with indigenous yeasts for
Frizzante was fermented. Aromas of bread crusts and apple, slightly yeasty clay.
100% Grechetto grapes, hence the refreshing bitterness. Very dry
and animating.
Goes well with fish, chicken, medium-aged cheese, as an aperitif.
