A wonderfully light white wine made from Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Chardonnay, with a flavour of apple blossom and white peach that invites you to enjoy a second glass. Low alcohol and pleasantly shy acidity, but crystal clear and with a fine, exotic flavour.
