The wine lies in the stainless steel tank on the lees for about six months and develops thereby a beautiful depth of aromatization. In the glass pale yellow, in the nose intense notes of white flowers and some lemon, on the palate aromas of mandarins are added, very well balanced with well integrated acidity.

The grape variety Pecorino is cultivated mainly in central Italy along the eastern Adriatic coast of the growing regions of Marche and Abruzzo, to the inland regions of Umbria and Lazio. With the manageable total vineyard area of ??213 ha, it is feared that the grape variety will soon disappear completely from the vineyards. Distinct scent of dried apple, flowers and a hint of herbal liqueur. Also spicy in the mouth, juicy with fresh, citrusy acidity..

In the southern part of Italy, the Grillo grape is a white wine variety with great quality potential. The best wines from the Grillo grape come from the western part of Sicily, including the grapes for Lunaria MBETTATA. Fermentation takes place naturally without the use of specially bred yeasts, but exclusively with natural yeasts. This gives the wine an authentic aroma profile with wonderful nuances of citrus fruits, wild flowers and orange blossom. In the mouth, it is well structured with spicy and floral notes and a fine mineral finish.

The yeasts for this Chardonnay are specially selected in a complex process in the Maiella National Park. Each grape variety is given its own suitable yeast strain. The result is an expressive Chardonnay. The aroma of brioche and butter is slightly reminiscent of champagne. Powerful on the palate with notes of hawthorn and slightly salty minerality.
Nice freshness and fruit in the mouth with hints of red apple, lemon and white stone fruit. On the nose complex and a bit herbal, not so primary fruit as usual, impression of natural yeast. A real wild wine just!
