The wine lies in the stainless steel tank on the lees for about six months and develops thereby a beautiful depth of aromatization. This Merlot presents itself from its spicy side. Lovage and
juniper smell from the glass. In the mouth, the wine appears rather slender. A cool

Kirschig-slim Merlot nor the sulfur was added in the vineyard in the basement. Fully fermented, the wine still impresses with fruity-fresh and charming nature.
