The sparkling trend drink is currently called PetNat, derived from the almost extinct French Petillant Naturel. A relatively rustic method of sparkling wine production, where must is fermented with sugar and yeast directly in the bottle. The natural wine scene has brought the rebirth, matching PetNat always has something wild. The LaBelle Malvasia has a lot of fabric and a delicate pink color thanks to shell contact.
