A stoffiges, Viognier wonderful experience. Not so extravagantly flowery as most in this variety, but fresh and juicy. A spring bouquet which beautifies also a winter evening.

A wine full of character from old vines. Steely and lively, with a strong
acidity. Very long lasting. Caraffé for at least 1 hour to allow the complex
complex aromas unfold. Has potential for many more years.

Actually only a small Chablis, but it tastes like a big one. Typical
Chardonnay scent. Aromas of lemongrass, vanilla and anise. Steely but
but still lively. Great length, yet very filigree.
