The vines were grown due to the similar nature of the soil
Chablis selected and placed in the highest areas of the Jumilla. Boy
powerful wine is stored on the lees in French barriques for 10 months (500-
700 liters). Elegant, fresh Chardonnay with subtle wood aromas.

Full, aromatic Chardonnay with fine, harmonic acidity and a discreet scent of exotic fruits. Very delicate wood underlines the exotic aromas.

sweet wine
A vin doux naturel as from the picture book: oxidative by barrel, with full, never sticky sweetness and yet crisp finish. Aromas of
Prunes and nuts. Ice cold also as an aperitif!

powerful & full-bodied
A wine full of character from old vines. Steely and lively, with a strong
acidity. Very long lasting. Caraffé for at least 1 hour to allow the complex
complex aromas unfold. Has potential for many more years.
Goes well with grilled lobster, snails, comté.

Chardonnay of strong character with excellent balance, discreet barrique ageing.
Herbal-spicy nose, lean and fresh body with aromas of yellow fruits such as quince
fruit such as quince, also young pine green, are accompanied by powerful
mineral tones. Harmonious acidity, long lasting and in the finale flattering to the palate.

Goes well with grilled fish and white meat, Comté

The Barrique is wonderful now involved in this feinduftigen , almost
annoying - fresh Rioja . Yellow fruits , a hint melting with carrying acid and
therefore superb freshness and animating kind

Sweet wine
From the Sierra Morena north of Granada. On limy soils at great heights grown and expanded at least 10 years. Fine smell of almonds, nuts and honey. Full in the mouth, creamy and sweet, with clear notes of coffee and Chocolate.
