Appears with feel and mouthfeel, not with fruit. Charming, aromatic, spicy. Vinified in a wooden barrel. At table almost universally applicable.

Beautiful smell of hay, a little nutty and fresh, fine and verspieltist this organic wine. Low acid, but mineral and thus the white wine goes perfectly with antipasti and salads. The late-ripening grape Catarratto, almost exclusively cultivated in Sicily, straw yields to amber, charming organic wines.
