100% Grechetto grapes, hence the refreshing bitterness. Very dry

Verdeca, old Greek grape variety with 30 % Fiano, gentle acidity, ripe pear and a little aromatic dried fruit, more spicy-aromatic than fruity.
Uncomplicated and finely scented Blanco with fresh fruit and subtle acidity.
