The wine is made from the ancient, indigenous grape variety Pecorino
multilayered, rather floral notes, prominent minerality and moist soil and
Sage-like aromas. A high on the diversity of varieties!

Herbal-spicy nose, lean and fresh body with aromas of yellow fruits such as quince
fruit such as quince, also young pine green, are accompanied by powerful
mineral tones. Harmonious acidity, long lasting and in the finale flattering to the palate.

a real charmer, vinified dry, it unfolds on the palate with an intensely fruity
a delicately creamy impression on the palate with an intense fruity flavour
salmon pink colour. An abundance of fruity flavours (strawberry, sweet apricot, physalis)
and spicy, delicately tart notes of bitter orange, rhubarb, ginger and Earl Grey
give this fruity palate-pleaser a lingering finish.

The only discovered about 30 years ago white mutation of the Tempranillo grape gives here a complex, supported by fine acidity wine with a wide range of aromas of pears, hay, salt and various citrus fruits. Very fine, very long and very good.
