A white wine of powerful and stoffigen kind, but enough freshness and agility has to not to be too heavy. An organic wine is very long in the mouth and even longer in the heart.

"Funambul", the tightrope walker, is a perfect name for this Cava! This absolutely dry sparkling wine tastes like delicate blossoms and stone fruit. tastes of delicate blossoms and stone fruit. Wonderful bottle fermentation!

Nice freshness and fruit in the mouth with hints of red apple, lemon and white stone fruit. On the nose complex and a bit herbal, not so primary fruit as usual, impression of natural yeast. A real wild wine just!
