Tallarol, a small bird actually, here a fragrant wine from Xarel.lo grapes. Spontaneous agitation in amphorae, without added sulfur. Delicately tasting of pear, almond and tangerine and lingering long in the mouth. At first restrained, then a small sensation on the palate. Wearing Acid Especially !!

powerful & full-bodied
A wine full of character from old vines. Steely and lively, with a strong
acidity. Very long lasting. Caraffé for at least 1 hour to allow the complex
complex aromas unfold. Has potential for many more years.
Goes well with grilled lobster, snails, comté.

Herbal-spicy nose, lean and fresh body with aromas of yellow fruits such as quince
fruit such as quince, also young pine green, are accompanied by powerful

Cortese not only produces very fine wines in Gavi! Acacia flowers, discreet hazelnut aromas with a delicate bitter finish. A pioneer in the field of unsweetened wine. Highly interesting!
