Frizzante, dry & fresh
A PetNat, wine with added must, with indigenous yeasts for
Frizzante was fermented. Aromas of bread crusts and apple, slightly yeasty clay.
100% Grechetto grapes, hence the refreshing bitterness. Very dry
and animating.
Goes well with fish, chicken, medium-aged cheese, as an aperitif.
light & fresh
Slender, floral Prosecco with delicate apple and pear scents. Clear fruit and
charming, fresh acid structure. In the elegant bottle not only for garden
and terrace, but the Prosecco for sophisticated demands and festivities.
Goes well with antipasti and Toasts.
Fine persistent bubbles, floral fragrance of wisteria and acacia with intense fruit flavors of apple and white peach flesh. The good Strucktur is complemented by delicate Brotkrusten- and yeasty.
