Natural , with indigenous yeast fermentation ( spontaneous fermentation ) and without added Sulfur. Only works with Bonny and undenatured grapes ! Highly complex , little primary aromas , it heuduftig and fine pear . Extreme exciting and diverse.

The only discovered about 30 years ago white mutation of the Tempranillo grape gives here a complex, supported by fine acidity wine with a wide range of aromas of pears, hay, salt and various citrus fruits. Very fine, very long and very good.
