Our first self-filling in white without sulfur! Juicy and long, besides Chardonnay typical smell of banana and honey. Light smoky undertone,
Typical of unsweetened wine. Fine tannin structure, interesting.
Kirschig-slim Merlot nor the sulfur was added in the vineyard in the basement. Fully fermented, the wine still impresses with fruity-fresh and charming nature.

Ultra-dry (this is the only way unsulphured wine works!), yet palatable and animating.

Refreshingly wild
Strong orange, clear and radiant. In the nose rose harissa, orange zest and green apricots.
Lots of mouthfeel, grippy, again oranges, spices and clear floral notes. Lots of pressure on the palate, juicy and tart at the same time.
Almost universally usable at the table.
Complex & fresh
An unsulphured Prosecco, drawn directly from the fine yeast and therefore cloudy.
Not as "difficult" as many sulphur-free products, but wonderfully precise.
wonderfully precise. Slight vegetal touch, peach, fresh bread. Creamy
perlage. Very dry, very drinkable!
Goes well with antipasti, fish, herb risotto, cheers.
