The yeasts for this Chardonnay are specially selected in a complex process in the Maiella National Park. Each grape variety is given its own suitable yeast strain. The result is an expressive Chardonnay. The aroma of brioche and butter is slightly reminiscent of champagne. Powerful on the palate with notes of hawthorn and slightly salty minerality.

Incredibly exciting, vibrant Barbera without added sulfur and yet even after days of opening totally fresh! Alternating between sweet and sour cherry flavors with a lot of structure. Almost no residual sugar but with lots of juicy fruit. Very interesting!

Many wineries are mostly just decent, but simple wines that can be removed without added sulfur, Severino Oberto also succeeds in this really complex Rosso.
