Anise and fennel. Monstrously fresh mouthfeel, salty, very expressive.

Tuscan classic. Honey scent and acacia blossoms with a light touch.
Fine-aromatic aroma with a hint of pear and great length. Who more Tuscany
want, must go.
Goes well with vegetable risotto, salads, seafood
Frizzante, dry & fresh
A PetNat, wine with added must, with indigenous yeasts for
Frizzante was fermented. Aromas of bread crusts and apple, slightly yeasty clay.
100% Grechetto grapes, hence the refreshing bitterness. Very dry
and animating.
Goes well with fish, chicken, medium-aged cheese, as an aperitif.
