The most famous Piedmontese red wine is the "Barolo". Depending on your taste, he is perhaps the best Italian red wine at all. Barolo is pressed from the grape nebbiolo. The result are wines that are ready to drink earlier and less tannic.

Many wineries are mostly just decent, but simple wines that can be removed without added sulfur, Severino Oberto also succeeds in this really complex Rosso.
