There are very different sensible motives for abstaining from alcohol. Since Lilienthal, there is no longer any reason to stand on the sidelines when people have something to celebrate or simply not to notice a nice occasion worth toasting to. We have had an unfermented juice from suitable grape varieties processed so skilfully that a high-quality sparkling drink with beautiful aromatics and a fine interplay of sweetness and acidity has been created that does not lack a sparkling wine.

The non-alcoholic sparkling wine in light, bright golden yellow presents itself in the nose with aromas of fresh apples, quince and citrus fruits. On the palate it presents itself with fine bubbles and animating fruit- Acid play.
Harmonious and mild. Refreshing and fruity. Tastes aromatically of citrus, apple and walnut. A wine-like mouthfeel and a racy acidity, which finely buffers the residual sweetness, ensures that we find it easier to do without wine now and then.
Velvety and soft. Full-bodied with low acidity. Aromatic taste of plums and cherries. Through a gentle process, the red wine is de-alcoholised so that still tasty aromas of the Merlot grape can be found in the glass.
Sparkling and tangy. Refreshing and flowery. Tastes aromatic both pure or with orange juice. The carbonic acid in combination with the stimulating acidity comes quite close to a sparkling wine. Whether as a sparkling aperitif or in combination with summer dishes, this sparkling non-alcoholic wine with its long, fine mousseux is always a reason to toast.
