Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..

Classic Chardonnay from low yields, very delicate use of wood, clearly mineral and

Uncomplicatedly fruity, with a clear structure and lots of tension on the palate. Very lively style, plum and sweet cherry, very natural. Chill it, then it is a perfect wine for eating on the terrace!

Pithy, crisp rosato made from short macerated Primitivo. Wild herbs and red redcurrant on the nose, not as fruity as more common rosé wines, rather rather spicy with mouthfeel, rhubarb.
Almost universal at the table.

100% Grechetto fermented on the skins and aged in steel with skins. Orange colour, spicy fruit of persimmons, orange zest, pomelo, delicately bitter tone, long and lively. Great, fine tannins!.

gooseberry. Nice freshness, light creaminess, fine acidity and long lasting in the mouth.
