Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..
Clarifiers, which go back to Animal raw materials are very rare and as expensive, likely to be used only for higher quality wines. Bukephalos was the horse of Alexander the Great, the most famous horse of antiquity. Especially is this wine. It is partially made from dried grapes, and the flavors are concentrated as well. strong & full-bodied
Negroamaro 100%, but not " black and bitter" as the name suggests, but notes of cassis and plums, nice , ripe tannin. Full-bodied, but not bulky. Aromas of leather, a hint of nutmeg.
easy & uncomplicated
Verdeca, old Greek grape variety with 30 % Fiano, gentle acidity, ripe pear and a little aromatic dried fruit, more spicy-aromatic than fruity.
strong & full-bodied
An organic wine young and spicy, with the scent of rosemary and lavender. Polynuclear and yet very harmonious blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo makes this wine memorable.

Passerina is an indigenous variety of white wine found in the regions of Abruzzo, Marche, Umbria and Lazio. In Orsogna, as is customary, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days after pressing. Maturation also takes place in steel tanks until bottling. On the nose, one finds hints of white flowers and ethereal aromas. The palate is dominated by white fruits with an intense and spicy flavour. This is an interesting addition to the Demeter wines from Lunaria.
