The vines were grown due to the similar nature of the soil
Chablis selected and placed in the highest areas of the Jumilla. Boy
powerful wine is stored on the lees in French barriques for 10 months (500-
700 liters). Elegant, fresh Chardonnay with subtle wood aromas.

Passion fruit notes with fine acidity. Good texture, lots of minerality.
At table almost universally applicable.
Juicy, fragrant with subtle nut flavors, a little pineapple and a little banana,
a touch of pear. Uncomplicated yet aromatic wine. Very moderate in the
Alcohol with a nice length and expressive style.

The yeasts for this Chardonnay are specially selected in a complex process in the Maiella National Park. Each grape variety is given its own suitable yeast strain. The result is an expressive Chardonnay. The aroma of brioche and butter is slightly reminiscent of champagne. Powerful on the palate with notes of hawthorn and slightly salty minerality.
