Bioweinpreis
Seit 2009 vergibt die WINE System AG den Internationalen Bioweinpreis. Es ist ein europaweit anerkannter Qualitätswettbewerb für Weine und Schaumweine aus ökologisch erzeugten Trauben. Er wird unter der Leitung des führenden Sensorik Experten Martin Darting und der DLG TestService GmbH unter Anwendung des PAR-Systems durchgeführt.
Wir freuen uns, dass das hohe Qualitätsniveau unserer Weine auch in diesem Jahr wieder von einer hochkarätigen und unabhängigen Jury bestätigt werden konnte. Die Bio-Weinkiste wünscht mit den folgenden Weinen viel Vergnügen!

full-bodied & elegant
Darker and denser beeriger organic wine. The fully ripe fruit of Tempranillo is integrated into the accessible tannins an excellent vintage. A red wine that reveals the final fruits of the forest.
Complex & wild
Orange wine. Long maceration time, unfiltered, unadorned and without
Sulfur addition vinified. Orange zest, ripe Boskop, pear.
Anise and fennel. Monstrously fresh mouthfeel, salty, very expressive.
Unconventional and delicious!
At table almost universally applicable.
strong & full-bodied
Bright and deep color with ruby reflections. The nose has a dominant spicy and floral character; coriander, white pepper and hints of balsamic coexist with the sweetness of lilac and wisteria. Menthol, pepper and spicy notes (red currant) take over on the palate.

Modern, powerful Chianti from the cherry-Sangiovese. Pleasant acidity with intense fruit and firmer, stronger body with mild tannins.
Frizzante, dry & fresh
A PetNat, wine with added must, with indigenous yeasts for
Frizzante was fermented. Aromas of bread crusts and apple, slightly yeasty clay.
100% Grechetto grapes, hence the refreshing bitterness. Very dry
and animating.
Goes well with fish, chicken, medium-aged cheese, as an aperitif.
