Bioweinpreis
Seit 2009 vergibt die WINE System AG den Internationalen Bioweinpreis. Es ist ein europaweit anerkannter Qualitätswettbewerb für Weine und Schaumweine aus ökologisch erzeugten Trauben. Er wird unter der Leitung des führenden Sensorik Experten Martin Darting und der DLG TestService GmbH unter Anwendung des PAR-Systems durchgeführt.
Wir freuen uns, dass das hohe Qualitätsniveau unserer Weine auch in diesem Jahr wieder von einer hochkarätigen und unabhängigen Jury bestätigt werden konnte. Die Bio-Weinkiste wünscht mit den folgenden Weinen viel Vergnügen!

Wine type complex, playful and fine
Cool tannins, very finely structured, dark fruits packaged very finely.
Balsamic without any weight, but still a lot of pressure. Animating and delicious without
any pandering. Dark and fragrant, very interesting!

Grassy-fresh, pineapple and pear finely interwoven, mineral, a bit salty, with the right "pepper".

The only discovered about 30 years ago white mutation of the Tempranillo grape gives here a complex, supported by fine acidity wine with a wide range of aromas of pears, hay, salt and various citrus fruits. Very fine, very long and very good.
