Classical method is prescribed for Franciacorta in Lombardy, but as good as this 100% Chardonnay (ie, a blanc de blancs) and 24 months of lees in the bottle makes this sparkling wine so sublime and delicious.
Elegant blend of Parellada, Macabeo and Xarello. Delicate aromas of exotic fruit, supple, fine bubbles. Bottle fermentation, hand shaken.
Capsigrany , Catalan for Rotkopfwürger , named as all unsulphurated wines of Bodega to domestic birds , has remained and impressed by Feinperligkeit in total elegance least 12 months on the lees , high voltage and intensive appearance . Touched by the roséfarben Xarello- mutation Pansa Rosado .

Very fine, thereby tightly woven with tremendous charm this Cava has a lot of pressure on the palate. Aromas of nettles and white currants give so much flavor and pleasure to drink. Impressive.
