Very fine, thereby tightly woven with tremendous charm this Cava has a lot of pressure on the palate. Aromas of nettles and white currants give so much flavor and pleasure to drink. Impressive.

Complex & fresh
An unsulphured Prosecco, drawn directly from the fine yeast and therefore cloudy.
Not as "difficult" as many sulphur-free products, but wonderfully precise.

perlage. Very dry, very drinkable!
