From the Sierra Morena north of Granada. On limy soils at great heights grown and expanded at least 10 years. Fine smell of almonds, nuts and honey. Full in the mouth, creamy and sweet, with clear notes of coffee and Chocolate.

5 years matured in oak barrels, amber-colored, fragrance of hazelnut. Soft, multi-layered and extremely long in the finish. The wine is oxidatively aged for months, even in the open bottle, and refines some dishes
