The Knobloch has the early decision, their vineyards organically to cultivate, very successful. Powerful Riesling with plenty of substance and depth. Density of stone fruit flavors, mineral wealth and fine acidity give a bouquet of flowers on nose and palate.

Herbe overall very fine apple aromas typical of the variety. The acidity is well integrated and the wine is creamy and nice freshness.
