The Knobloch has the early decision, their vineyards organically to cultivate, very successful. In the traditional area surrounding winemakers have watched the changeover skeptical, but also see them become the success of the Knobloch family. The Knobloch have really done great by growing not just now stately 30 ha organic wine. Moreover, they have managed to increase the quality of their wines continuously. Deep rich fruit body with much lower melting and acid. Lush stone fruit flavors with exotic hints round a massive gray burgundy from occurring.
fruity & harmonious
Classic Pinot Gris and yet playful and significantly lighter than many of its heavy and clumsy colleagues. Wonderful on the dining table and the terrace.
