Fruity with structure
Dark cherry red colour, juicy, deep fruit carried by a basket of spicy herbs.
Liquorice, fennel, aniseed, dark berries with a hint of thyme.

traight Merlot full of fear and structure. Classic sweet cherry, ripe plums with fine spice. A touch of acidity makes it fresh and lively, juicy and delicious!

Minimal intervention in the cellar, aged for 6 months in amphorae, Clarete actually means rosé, but white wine may also be used here. Spicy and fruity, gentle tannin due to maceration, very lively. Amphora wine

Negroamaro 100%, but not " black and bitter" as the name suggests, but notes of cassis and plums, nice , ripe tannin. Full-bodied, but not bulky. Aromas of leather, a hint of nutmeg.

Bright and deep color with ruby reflections. The nose has a dominant spicy and floral character; coriander, white pepper and hints of balsamic coexist with the sweetness of lilac and wisteria. Menthol, pepper and spicy notes (red currant) take over on the palate.
