Complex and complex, without added sulfur, therefore less primary fruit
but incredibly lively with a lot of mouthfeel, freshness and charm. A little
Pear, crispy dry and long.
At table almost universally applicable.
Without additional sulfur! Natural wine!

A hint of salty breeze justifies the name, very fresh, very crisp.
Delicate stone fruit flavours, a little green apple, a hint of exoticism.
All carried by wonderfully fresh, but never sharp acidity. With a certain
creaminess. This is Riesling at its best!
