A PetNat, wine with added must, with indigenous yeasts for
Frizzante was fermented. Aromas of bread crusts and apple, slightly yeasty clay.
100% Grechetto grapes, hence the refreshing bitterness. Very dry
and animating.
Goes well with fish, chicken, medium-aged cheese, as an aperitif.

Very grassy and crisp wine with fresh citrus and elderflower. Pink grapefruit jumping out of the glass and beguile the nose. Here, the wine does not fade like many others, but is always in the mouth longer.

The Riesling grape and Aligoté give a wonderfully fresh and pfirsichduftiges Cuveé with crisp acidity, but also to buffer enough to melt it.
Juicy Pinot Gris, creamy, full, typical pear and apple notes and one A hint of hazelnut on the palate. Classic, with nice freshness through good incorporated acid.
