The only discovered about 30 years ago white mutation of the Tempranillo grape gives here a complex, supported by fine acidity wine with a wide range of aromas of pears, hay, salt and various citrus fruits. Very fine, very long and very good.

Delicately tasting of pear, almond and tangerine and lingering long in the mouth. At first restrained, then a small sensation on the palate. Wearing Acid Especially !!
