Complex & wild
Lots of mouthfeel due to maceration, creamy, rather deep acidity, scent of acacia blossoms, aromas of mirabelle plums and honeydew melons. Juicy, lasting persistence. Wonderful food companion!
light and fresh
Very fragrant of peach and white flowers. In the mouth, the Catarratto grape variety is fruity and
complex, with notes of tropical fruits. Fine and creamy on the palate with a long, fresh finish.
finish.
strong & full-bodied
A powerful organic wine, juicy, fragrant of the honey and apples. This white wine has a low acidity. Good for the party and to the buffet.
Beautiful smell of hay, a little nutty and fresh, fine and verspieltist this organic wine. Low acid, but mineral and thus the white wine goes perfectly with antipasti and salads. The late-ripening grape Catarratto, almost exclusively cultivated in Sicily, straw yields to amber, charming organic wines.
fruity & harmonious
Impartial, light and summery sparkling wine comes from this - pale yellow in the glass with hints of pineapple, citrus and a hint of nutmeg. Alive by its crisp acidity and slight alcoholic carbonated this featherweight boasts fruity and playful elegance. The light alternative for carefree summer enjoyment.

fresh & easy
Very grassy and crisp wine with fresh citrus and elderflower. Pink grapefruit jumping out of the glass and beguile the nose. Here, the wine does not fade like many others, but is always in the mouth longer.
light & fresh
Cortese not only produces very fine wines in Gavi! Acacia flowers, discreet hazelnut aromas with a delicate bitter finish. A pioneer in the field of unsweetened wine. Highly interesting!
Without added sulfur!
Refreshingly wild
Strong orange, clear and radiant. In the nose rose harissa, orange zest and green apricots.
Lots of mouthfeel, grippy, again oranges, spices and clear floral notes. Lots of pressure on the palate, juicy and tart at the same time.
Almost universally usable at the table.
fruity & fresh
Bodied and creamy, with a strong hint of plum, quince and pear. The Trebbiano Lugana is rather decent in the acid and yet offers wonderful freshness. It looks forward to the next sip!
