Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..

Straw Dried grapes make this 'Holy Wine' so wonderfully creamy and sweet and very aromatic. Long, extremely oxidative aging in used barrels are very spicy notes, which contrast the powerful sweetness.
