Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..

A smoky touch.
animating & fresh
Pithy, crisp rosato made from short macerated Primitivo. Wild herbs and red redcurrant on the nose, not as fruity as more common rosé wines, rather rather spicy with mouthfeel, rhubarb.
Almost universal at the table.
In addition to the classic aromas of plums, spices and sweet cherries, this primitivo, which has been developed in the wood, has a strong note of vanilla, bitter chocolate and carnations with a full but never heavy structure.
