Vegan wines

Many wineries are mostly just decent, but simple wines that can be removed without added sulfur, Severino Oberto also succeeds in this really complex Rosso. Frizzante, dry & fresh
The sparkling trend drink is currently called PetNat, derived from the almost extinct French Petillant Naturel. A relatively rustic method of sparkling wine production, where must is fermented with sugar and yeast directly in the bottle.
