Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..
Clarifiers, which go back to Animal raw materials are very rare and as expensive, likely to be used only for higher quality wines. Many producers would like, however, to keep the option for certain and also approved under the EU regulation on organic products is open so that the use of animal raw materials can not be excluded in principle. PetNat, i.e. sparkling wine fermented to the end in the bottle, made from vines over 60 years old. Fragrant, fresh and with a tart naturalness. Spontaneously fermented, minimal sulphur, distinct rose scent. Mouthfeel rather than primary fruit.
Good with light dishes, vegetables, fish, chicken, Tofu.
full-bodied & elegant
A deep red fleshy Cabernet Sauvignon with rich and warm Brombeergeschmack ripe fruitiness. An organic wine with pleasing tannins.
fruity & uncomplicated
Fine structure with berry fruit. Very drinkable, red fruits, fine, restrained acidity, fills the mouth without any weight. Wild berries meet
nice spice.
